CI Home Practices working with Wainuiātea raua ko Papatūānuku
This class explored Wainuiātea and Papatuanuku as two Tūpuna, ancestors of Hineahuone - the first woman in Te Ao Māori. We worked with our fluid bodies, flowing and following, and then with shape, density, moulding and a bit of evolutionary movement. We also worked with moving weighted objects with our fluids and placing weights on our body.
